Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineer at EHRT Maschinenbau, a global market leader in punching and bending machines, you will be responsible for the PLC programming of industrial machinery using Codesys and TwinCAT. Your daily activities will involve systematic troubleshooting, developing control systems to expand machine functionality, and coordinating with development partners for control cabinet planning. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close cooperation with the PLC development team and other engineering departments. You will also provide occasional international third-level support and assist with component selection and material management. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology, or a completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician/Electrician with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in PLC programming for punching and bending machines
- Practical experience with Beckhoff hardware and software environments
- Experience in machine tool construction or a related industrial field
- Experience in coordinating development partners and managing technical documentation
- Proven track record in systematic problem-solving and independent project execution
