As a Business Analyst within the Operations Digitalization & Automation department, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of one of Germany's largest life insurance groups. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing complex end-to-end business processes to identify optimization and automation potentials. You will act as a vital bridge between customer service units and IT development, translating business requirements into actionable work packages for technologies such as RPA (UiPath), BPMN (Camunda), and Conversational AI (Cognigy). This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to lead workshops, model target processes, and oversee the implementation from initial use case through to quality testing. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) or completed vocational training.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in process analysis, modeling, and automation
- Several years of experience in project participation or (partial) project management
- Proven experience working in agile environments
- Experience in creating and verifying test plans
- Practical experience with end-to-end process optimization and documentation
