Job Summary

This position offers a unique opportunity to join a leading media company in Munich as an IT Security & Compliance Engineer on a two-year fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for the development and operation of a group-wide Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001. A major focus of the role involves integrating complex regulatory requirements such as DORA, the EU AI Act, NIS2, and GDPR into existing compliance structures. You will manage risk and asset registers, conduct standardized risk assessments for IT and AI projects, and implement governance for high-risk AI systems. The role is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with IT, Legal, Data Protection, and external auditors.
