As an Electrical Engineering Technical Instructor at the EBZ (Electrical Education and Technology Center), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of electrical professionals. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning and delivering inter-company vocational training courses (ÜLU) for apprentices and professionals in the electrical trade. You will provide hands-on guidance during practical exercises, develop modern teaching materials, and conduct progress assessments to ensure high-quality learning outcomes. This position is ideal for a skilled technician or master craftsman who enjoys mentoring young talent and working collaboratively with industry partners and guilds. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician (Techniker), or a University Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
Experience
- Professional experience in the field of electrical engineering
- Experience in vocational training or teaching is highly desirable
- Proven pedagogical skills and experience working with young adults
- Experience in structured and independent project management within an educational context
