Your daily routine involves analyzing faults in storage, SAN, and server environments, managing incidents independently, and performing configuration changes and updates. You will play a vital role in ensuring business continuity through effective change, problem, and emergency management. Beyond operational tasks, you will actively contribute to technical projects, participate in workshops, and handle backlog tasks in an agile-oriented environment.
