Job Summary

As an EHS Manager at Siemens Energy, you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations across energy transmission projects. Your daily tasks will involve providing expert advice to project leadership on EHS matters, overseeing the implementation of Zero Harm Framework activities, and guiding EHS colleagues on project construction sites, including on-site support when necessary. You will also be responsible for EHS incident reporting, data analysis to identify trends, and auditing construction sites and suppliers. This role requires a proactive approach to continuous improvement within the Integrated Management System and fostering behavior-based safety awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a technical degree, EHS certifications, and extensive experience in high-voltage transmission projects, making this a crucial role for maintaining safety and environmental standards.
