Job Summary

As a Materials Tester/Technician at our client's facility in Reichenbach Fils, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality through rigorous scientific analysis. Your daily responsibilities will involve conducting spectral analyses, performing hardness tests, and carrying out structural examinations of various materials. You will be responsible for the entire testing lifecycle, from initial planning and sample preparation (including the creation of cross-sections) to the detailed documentation of results. Beyond technical testing, you will handle complaint processing and support the creation of initial sample inspection reports, special releases, and testing instructions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. The position offers the stability of a permanent contract under the BAP collective agreement, attractive above-tariff compensation, and a clear perspective for permanent takeover by the client company.
