Job Summary

This role involves ensuring compliance with CE standards and machine directives for a market leader in automated assembly and testing of photonic devices. The CE Standard Officer will primarily focus on creating and coordinating CE-relevant documentation, collaborating with various departments to ensure adherence to legal requirements. Key responsibilities include evaluating in-house systems against the Sistema Standard (DIN EN 13849), conducting risk assessments using Safexpert, and driving the internal progress of standardization, including SEMI standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, coupled with significant experience in plant construction and a strong understanding of machine directives.
