Job Summary

As a Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a manufacturing team operating within a two-shift system. Your daily activities will involve planning and controlling personnel deployment, ensuring a smooth production process, and continuously optimizing production schedules. You will play a critical role in employee development, monitoring equipment availability, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, including fire protection and emergency response coordination. This role is particularly suited for individuals with a background in microelectronics who thrive in high-pressure environments.
