As an Electrical Development Engineer, you will join the FERCHAU team to drive innovation in shipbuilding and marine technology. Your daily responsibilities will involve the comprehensive planning of power supply systems and maritime technology, alongside the development and design of electronic or mechatronic systems. You will be responsible for the dimensioning and procurement of electrical equipment, creating conceptual designs for electrical power generation and distribution, and performing detailed analyses of electrical systems and devices. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechatronic Systems, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the planning and development of electrical systems within a maritime or industrial context
- Experience in the design and construction of electronic or mechatronic systems
- Experience in the technical and commercial evaluation of power distribution concepts
- Experience in analyzing electrical equipment and systems
Languages
Additional
- Permanent employment contract; requires the ability to work on-site for complex development projects; specific knowledge of S7 and EPLAN is preferred.
