Job Summary
As a Systems Engineer for Heat Pumps, you will lead technical development projects from initial specification through to prototype testing. Your daily responsibilities include optimizing and qualifying heat pump systems, analyzing emerging technologies, and planning laboratory tests to evaluate performance. You will be instrumental in selecting and coordinating new components with suppliers and partners, ensuring seamless documentation and industrialization of products. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Thermodynamics, Energy Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in research, development, or application engineering for heat pumps and heating systems
- Proven experience in technical project management within interdisciplinary teams
- Extensive experience in planning, conducting, and evaluating laboratory tests
- Demonstrated expertise in the industrialization and documentation of technical products
