As an IT Service Desk Technician specializing in Linux and Networks, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, handling service requests and support tickets. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving system malfunctions, assisting with network issues such as DHCP and routing, and performing initial Linux system administration tasks like user management and log analysis. You will be responsible for the installation of software, monitoring IT infrastructure, and guiding users through the setup of telecommunications equipment.
