Job Summary

This role involves leading the electrical maintenance department to ensure the continuous operational readiness of production facilities. Day-to-day, the successful candidate will plan, control, and monitor maintenance activities, manage spare parts inventory, and optimize maintenance intervals to ensure efficiency. A critical component of the role is serving as the Responsible Qualified Electrician (VEFK), overseeing occupational health and safety protocols, and conducting technical training for staff. Furthermore, you will collaborate on the planning and commissioning of highly automated new production lines.
