Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Hardware Developer focusing on automotive applications, specifically electronic components and systems for vehicle transmissions. Day-to-day, you will be involved in adapting, modifying, and optimizing components like wiring harnesses, PCBs, and sensors, as well as planning series production launches. A key part of the job includes commissioning, evaluating, and documenting component and vehicle tests, then deriving actions from the findings. You'll also coordinate Product Lifecycle Management, participate in meetings with suppliers and customers, and support manufacturing and assembly to ensure continuous process improvement.
