Job Summary
This role involves connecting people and technology by providing essential First- and Second-Level Support. The specialist will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing incident reports, escalating unresolved issues to Third-Level Support, and managing the entire telephone and ticketing system from acceptance to resolution and documentation. Key responsibilities also include serving as a primary contact for customer inquiries and problems, supporting client projects with data cleansing and error analysis, and maintaining various internal systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, State-certified Computer Scientist, or similar. Alternatively, a completed degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or similar.

- Initial practical experience in administration
- Knowledge of IT support is advantageous
