This role involves the planning and tendering of district roads for the Cloppenburg Planning Office, including a significant project involving the four-lane expansion of the E233. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical supervision of external engineering firms regarding the design of roadways and cycle paths, while also overseeing renewal, renovation, and expansion measures. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diploma/Bachelor) in Civil Engineering or Traffic Engineering with a focus on road planning/construction, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in road planning is desirable
- Experience in construction preparation and execution is preferred
- Experience in managing external engineering firms
- Proficiency in using standard IT software and willingness to learn specialized engineering programs

- Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to use a private vehicle for business travel (with reimbursement) is required. Must be able to work in Cloppenburg, Germany.
