This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the defense industry in Bremen, focusing on the electronic development of system cabling. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of system wiring, from initial requirement analysis and conceptual design using Zuken E3 to the selection of standard components and integration of first-run products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external service providers to ensure compliance with military standards, particularly regarding electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and power supply for land and naval vehicles. The position is ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of technical design, product data management in SAP PLM, and hands-on commissioning. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in electrical development
- Extensive experience in signal/data transmission and power supply systems
- Multi-year experience using the electrotechnical CAE tool Zuken E3
- Experience working with SAP PLM and MS Office applications
- Proven experience in the defense industry or with military standards is required
