Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Battery Technology Engineer who wants to push technological boundaries. Day-to-day, you will be deeply involved in the development of Lithium-Ion batteries and Battery Management Systems (BMS), defining specifications, and ensuring functional safety. You'll analyze performance curves and failure mechanisms, develop simulations and test procedures for various load cases, and contribute to hardware system architecture and interface definitions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field, coupled with relevant experience in battery and energy storage system development. Strong analytical skills, experience with simulation tools like Matlab/Simulink, and familiarity with ISO26262 are highly valued.
