Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position in Frankfurt am Main involves providing comprehensive organizational and content-related support to the Head of Accounting and Tax. You will play a vital role in real estate transaction processes by managing data rooms, coordinating viewings, and preparing property exposés and committee presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include classic administrative tasks such as appointment management, correspondence, and minute-taking, alongside internal personnel management tasks like tracking leave and flexitime. You will also serve as a key point of contact for internal and external business partners.
