Job Summary
As a Maintenance Technician at Elis, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational readiness of production facilities at the Erbach site. Operating within a two-shift system from Monday to Friday, your daily responsibilities include the technical monitoring, maintenance, and repair of production machinery to ensure seamless industrial laundry services. You will be tasked with identifying technical malfunctions, performing root-cause analysis, and documenting all maintenance activities in formal logs. This position is ideal for technically minded individuals who enjoy hands-on problem-solving in a stable, system-relevant industry. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training, such as Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the maintenance and repair of production plants is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in technical fault diagnosis and independent problem-solving
- Practical experience in a manual or technical trade
- Experience working within a shift-based system (2-shift rotation)
