Job Summary

This role focuses on the independent preparation of comprehensive tender documents for electrical engineering projects, specifically covering power systems and telecommunications/IT infrastructure. Day-to-day, the specialist will develop bills of quantities according to HOAI phases 6 and 7, utilize standard construction service catalogs (STLB-Bau), and conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost controls.
