Job Summary
This role is for a proactive Materials Technician who will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and integrity of technological solutions for various clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing customer acceptances, meticulously documenting quality-relevant information for systems, and monitoring various stages of material acceptance from goods-in to final inspection. The successful candidate will also be responsible for documenting test results, generating comprehensive test reports, and defining rework measures for faulty components. A key part of the role involves handling and evaluating complaints, along with conducting thorough error analyses. This position offers a chance to contribute actively to technological advancement, with opportunities for professional and personal development within a supportive team environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed further training as a Technician in Materials Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable qualification. Knowledge of NDT procedures and DIN EN ISO 9712.
Experience
- Professional experience in quality control and materials testing
- Experience with customer acceptance processes and quality documentation
- Experience in monitoring goods-in, in-process, and final acceptances
- Experience in evaluating and processing complaints
