As a Senior Project Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering, you will lead and coordinate complex technical building services (TGA) projects in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. Based in Heidelberg, your daily responsibilities involve overseeing all HOAI service phases, from initial technical consulting and concept development to detailed planning and construction supervision. You will be responsible for cost estimation, component dimensioning, and the creation of technical specifications while ensuring compliance with legal standards and economic efficiency. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close communication with clients, architects, and site managers. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Engineering, State-Certified Technician, Master Craftsman (Meister), or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Long-term professional experience as a Project Manager in Technical Building Services (TGA)
- Extensive experience in the technical planning and coordination of electrical systems
- Proven track record in managing project costs, fees, and supplementary claims
- Deep knowledge of relevant German laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines
