Job Summary

As the Workshop Manager at Klinikum Dortmund, one of Germany's largest maximum-care hospitals, you will lead the technical workshop department both operationally and disciplinarily. Your primary focus is ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical and building technology systems to support a smooth hospital operation for over 315,000 annual patients. Day-to-day, you will coordinate maintenance, repairs, and investment projects while managing external service providers and overseeing emergency management strategies. You will also be responsible for the structured maintenance of the CAFM system and ensuring strict compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
