Job Summary
As the IT Manager at Smart Mechatronics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological backbone of a leading development partner for intelligent networked systems. Based in Dortmund, you will lead a team of two IT professionals, providing both technical guidance and disciplinary leadership. Your primary focus will be the strategic expansion of the company's IT infrastructure, overseeing servers, networks, clients, and security protocols. A critical part of this role involves managing the Operational Technology (OT) environment, including development tools and project-specific systems. You will be responsible for ensuring a stable, scalable, and secure IT operation while spearheading complex system migrations and restructuring efforts. Required Skills
Education

- Deep technical understanding of Microsoft and Linux system architectures
