This role involves the administration and technical support of statistical specialized procedures and tools for the state of Baden-Württemberg's primary information service provider. As a member of the Application Support team, you will ensure the smooth operation of statistical production by managing existing and new IT processes and STEP tools. Your day-to-day tasks include server administration, particularly within Linux environments, and managing server virtualization using VMware. You will act as a critical point of contact for departmental users, providing last-level support and resolving complex technical issues.
