This role involves providing comprehensive IT support and infrastructure management for Lebenshilfe Detmold e.V., an organization dedicated to empowering people with disabilities. As an IT Systems Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of network infrastructure, server installations (including storage and virtualization), and managing access rights. You will act as a primary point of contact for users facing hardware and software issues, while also monitoring system performance and troubleshooting disruptions. Beyond maintenance, you will actively participate in IT projects, procure hardware and software, and train staff on new systems. Experience

  • Professional experience in the maintenance and support of IT landscapes
  • Proven experience in system administration, specifically regarding networks, clients, and servers
  • Experience in user management and access rights administration
  • Practical experience in troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of technical disruptions
  • Experience in handling modern IT hardware including PCs, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
