Experience
- Professional experience as an electronics technician in the offshore wind energy sector is preferred
- Experience in maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Background in industrial or craft-based electrical work
- Willingness to undergo continuous professional training and development

- Must be fit for heights (Höhentauglichkeit) and sea travel (Seetauglichkeit). Physical fitness is required. Willingness to travel and work on a rotation basis is mandatory. Driver's license and personal vehicle are desirable. Open to career starters and those returning to the workforce.
