Job Summary
As a Facility Manager for a leading defense technology company in Bremen, you will oversee comprehensive technical and infrastructural building management. Your daily responsibilities include supporting internal clients, planning and controlling building technology projects, and managing new construction or expansion efforts from calculation to tender. You will operate technical systems, CAFM software, and building control technology while coordinating maintenance schedules and expert inspections. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Proven experience in managing external service providers and warranty tracking
- Practical experience with building control technology and FM software
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel is required. Must be able to work a 40-hour week.
