Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or HVAC Mechanic) or commercial training with strong technical understanding
  • Professional experience as a dispatcher, technician, coordinator, or clerk within a technical environment
  • Proven experience in appointment scheduling and deployment planning for service personnel
  • Experience handling service orders and administrative reporting
