As a Technical Solutions Engineer at PLUSpoint HR, you will bridge the gap between technical development and client consulting. Your daily responsibilities involve designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions between various HR systems, including payroll, time management, and applicant tracking software. You will manage the entire lifecycle of interface development, from initial requirement analysis and system migration to ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting of cloud environments. A key part of the role is automating workflows through scripting and ensuring seamless data flow between client systems and the company's proprietary payroll platforms. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on programming and direct client interaction.
