Job Summary
As a Technical Solutions Engineer at PLUSpoint HR, you will bridge the gap between technical development and client consulting. Your daily responsibilities involve designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions between various HR systems, including payroll, time management, and applicant tracking software. You will manage the entire lifecycle of interface development, from initial requirement analysis and system migration to ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting of cloud environments. A key part of the role is automating workflows through scripting and ensuring seamless data flow between client systems and the company's proprietary payroll platforms. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on programming and direct client interaction. You will join a growing HR-IT firm in Schweinfurt that processes 50,000 payrolls monthly, offering a startup-like environment with flat hierarchies, modern office equipment, and significant creative freedom to influence the company's technical direction.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, vocational training as an IT Specialist for Application Development, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in Python development, ideally with practical project experience
- Experience working with APIs, file-based interfaces, and automation processes
- Professional experience in handling relational databases and SQL
- Experience in technical consulting and explaining complex technical concepts to clients
- Experience in the development and optimization of technical workflows and scripting
