This role at the Fraunhofer Institute for Reliability and Microintegration (IZM) focuses on the technical management and advancement of vacuum plasma processes, specifically PVD, CVD, and RIE. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Master's or PhD) in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Microsystems Technology, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in vacuum plasma processes, specifically Magnetron Sputtering (HiPIMS), PECVD, and/or RIE
- Proven experience in project management and the acquisition of publicly funded or industrial research projects
- Experience in the field of assembly and interconnection technology (packaging)
- Experience with cleanroom equipment and high-tech vacuum systems
- Experience in scientific communication and presenting at international conferences
