Job Summary
As a Process Manager within the Social Services department, you will be responsible for the operational management and modeling of core business processes. Your day-to-day activities will involve mapping process landscapes, conducting strength-weakness analyses, and identifying potential for improvement in collaboration with leadership. You will lead workshops to design target processes, implement new workflows, and define software requirements where necessary. A key part of the role involves process controlling, where you will use KPIs and reporting standards to measure maturity and ensure quality through continuous improvement processes (KVP). Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field; alternatively, completion of the 'Angestelltenlehrgang II' (Administrative Specialist qualification).
Experience
- Professional experience in process management or organizational development
- Experience in process modeling and conducting strength-weakness analyses
- Proven track record in implementing target processes and quality assurance
- Experience in a public administration or commercial environment is highly desirable
- Experience in leading workshops and communicating with diverse target groups
