Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Master Electrician (Elektromeister), or State-Certified Electrical Technician (Elektrotechniker).
Experience
- At least 3 years of project experience in the field of electrical building equipment (TGA)
- Professional experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and steering
- Experience in all HOAI performance phases
- Proven track record in leadership, communication, and assertiveness
