As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of infrastructure projects involving rail and road networks, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial concept to final implementation. Your daily responsibilities include managing schedules, costs, and quality standards while coordinating closely with clients, specialist planners, and various project stakeholders. This role is particularly unique for its focus on modernizing the construction industry; you will implement digital methodologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Lean Management to optimize processes. Beyond technical execution, you will play a strategic role in developing project structures, managing stakeholders, and supporting business development for both new and existing clients. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in project management or the steering of construction projects
- Proven experience in independent coordination of infrastructure projects (rail or road)
- Experience in creating decision-making documents, reports, and presentations
- Experience in implementing digital methods like BIM or Lean Management is highly desirable
