Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Technical Building Equipment (TGA) at IBF Ingenieure, you will take full responsibility for the planning, control, and implementation of complex building technology projects from initial concept through to commissioning. Based in either Munich or Augsburg, your daily routine involves coordinating diverse trades including heating, ventilation, sanitation, cooling, and electrical systems for new constructions and renovations. You will lead project teams, manage external service providers, and ensure strict adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards across all HOAI service phases (1–9). This role is ideal for technical experts who enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and acting as the central point of contact for clients and authorities. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Supply Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Energy Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the planning and management of MEP (TGA) projects
  • Extensive experience with focus areas such as HVAC, power systems, building automation, or media supply
  • Proven track record in managing projects according to HOAI and VOB regulations
  • Experience in leading project teams and coordinating external service providers
  • Professional experience using industry-standard planning software like AutoCAD or Revit
