As a Project Manager for Technical Building Equipment (TGA) at IBF Ingenieure, you will take full responsibility for the planning, control, and implementation of complex building technology projects from initial concept through to commissioning. Based in either Munich or Augsburg, your daily routine involves coordinating diverse trades including heating, ventilation, sanitation, cooling, and electrical systems for new constructions and renovations. You will lead project teams, manage external service providers, and ensure strict adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards across all HOAI service phases (1–9).
