As a Digitalization Project Coordinator at Fire Protection Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between administrative excellence and digital innovation. Your daily responsibilities will involve supporting the team with organizational and back-office tasks, serving as the primary contact for the digital customer service platform via email and video calls, and managing user access and permissions. You will actively participate in digitalization initiatives by testing new features and providing feedback for system improvements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the quality assurance of master data and the refinement of data templates to support informed decision-making. Required Skills
Education
