Job Summary
In this role, you will take full responsibility for the treasury operations of a successful retail and industrial group with over 12,000 employees. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will manage cash and interest planning, liquidity management, and financial risk management. You will serve as the primary point of contact for banking partners, leading negotiations and managing financial asset activities. Beyond daily operations, you will drive digitalization projects and optimize internal processes and systems. This position offers significant creative freedom and a 'hands-on' environment within a family-owned company generating over €1.5 billion in revenue. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in treasury within a corporate environment, banking sector, or specialized consultancy
- Proven experience in financial planning and risk management
- Experience in leading negotiations and managing relationships with banking institutions
- Professional background in process optimization and system implementation
