Job Summary
As a Level 1 IT Support Specialist at Zoth GmbH & Co. KG, you will serve as a vital point of contact for technical assistance within a large family-owned service provider. Your daily responsibilities include installing and commissioning new software and IT components into the existing infrastructure, troubleshooting issues via remote access, and providing direct user support. You will also play a key role in documenting solutions and processes while assisting with IT requirement assessments and vendor comparisons. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in the administration of Windows 11 and Android operating systems

- Professional experience in remote user support and troubleshooting
- Experience in documenting IT processes and solutions
