Job Summary

This role is a dual-function position focusing on high-precision measurement and quality management within a metal processing environment. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for creating PC-DMIS measurement programs, performing tactile and scanning measurements using measuring machines and arms, and managing test equipment. You will also play a critical role in quality assurance by handling complaints using IATF standards (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa), conducting PPAP sampling, and performing material cross-checks. The position is highly collaborative, involving customer support and the delivery of quality-related training. What makes this role unique is the combination of hands-on technical metrology with high-level quality management processes under IATF 16949 standards. It offers a competitive hourly wage of €20 plus bonuses, up to 30 days of vacation, and the long-term prospect of permanent takeover by the client company.

Required Skills

Education

Technical vocational training in metal processing or a similar field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in metrology and measurement technology
  • Experience in creating measurement programs using PC-DMIS
  • Experience in quality management processes according to IATF standards
  • Practical experience in handling complaints and root cause analysis
  • Experience in using tactile and scanning measuring machines and arms
