Job Summary
As the Quality Management Team Lead at Weckerle Cosmetics, you will play a critical role in ensuring the sustainable success of a global leader in the beauty and healthcare industry. Based in Eislingen, you will lead the QM team both operationally and strategically, overseeing the development and maintenance of quality management systems in accordance with IFS HPC and GMP standards. Your daily responsibilities include managing document control, leading internal and external audits, and overseeing CAPA, complaint, and change management processes. This role is ideal for a proactive 'doer' who enjoys a solution-oriented environment with flat hierarchies and quick decision-making. You will have the opportunity to actively shape internal processes and ensure that quality is lived throughout the entire organization. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Quality Management with a focus on Chemistry, Cosmetics, Pharmacy, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional leadership experience in a quality management environment
- Relevant professional experience in the chemistry, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical sectors
- Extensive experience in preparing and conducting audits, including English-language audits
- Proven experience in managing quality systems according to IFS HPC and GMP standards
