Job Summary
This role is for an experienced Electrical Validation Engineer to join a dynamic team working on challenging solutions for the industrial sector, specifically focusing on wind power. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Fault Ride Through (FRT) tests and grid stability tests on wind turbines, which involves planning and setting up test systems, configuring medium voltage circuits, and performing power quality measurements. A key part of the role includes analyzing, evaluating, and documenting test results, as well as implementing software updates and parameter adjustments on wind energy systems. The position requires strong interaction with international departments and suppliers to optimize systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualifications
Experience
- Professional experience in medium voltage switchgear and handling measurement technology is desirable.
- Experience in conducting Fault Ride Through (FRT) tests and knowledge of international guidelines (e.g., IEC 61400-21-1, FGW TR3) is required.
