Job Summary

This role involves leading independent negotiations for service and compensation agreements across nursing care, youth welfare, and disability assistance facilities in Baden-Württemberg. As a central representative, you will analyze and evaluate service fees and investment costs to prepare for high-stakes negotiations. Beyond direct negotiation, you will provide expert legal and contractual advice to 44 urban and rural districts, ensuring the proper implementation of social benefits. The position offers a unique blend of administrative, legal, and social service work, requiring you to collaborate in project groups and handle special tasks in coordination with department leadership. Required Skills

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Senior Non-Technical Administrative Service, Business Administration, Social Law, Social Economics, Health Management, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a comparable field of activity is preferred
  • Experience in social law or social welfare services is advantageous
  • Experience in conducting negotiations and evaluating service fees
  • Experience working at the intersection of administration, law, and social services

  • Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to perform field service (travel to facilities) is mandatory. Eligibility for German public service pay scales (TVöD A 12/13).
