Job Summary
As an IT Specialist, you will take full responsibility for the internal and cloud-based IT infrastructure of a company specializing in stage and event technology. Your daily responsibilities include managing server, network, and client systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 administration, VPNs, and automated provisioning of hardware. You will provide 1st and 2nd level support, maintain technical documentation, and ensure robust IT security and backup strategies. A unique aspect of this role is the opportunity to move beyond a standard support function by actively shaping the system landscape through SaaS integration and process automation via APIs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys high levels of autonomy and wants to work behind the scenes of major international stage productions. Required Skills
Education
Degree or vocational training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
Experience
- Professional experience in the administration of Windows and Linux systems, networks, and clients
- Experience with Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange and VPN management
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level user support and technical training
- Experience with API interfaces such as REST, SOAP, or Webhooks
- Experience in SaaS implementation, ideally within a SME environment, is preferred
