Job Summary
As an HR Software Consultant, you will join the 'Strategy and Development' department to support public sector clients with modern HR software solutions. Following a comprehensive induction phase, your day-to-day responsibilities will include presenting software modules, conducting training workshops, and providing ongoing customer support. You will act as a bridge between users and software partners by collecting customer requirements, testing new software updates, and creating informative documentation. The role is highly collaborative, involving project support and the implementation of digitalization processes. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Administrative Science; alternatively, completed training as a Certified Administrative Specialist, HR Specialist, or a commercial/IT vocational qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in HR management or public administration is preferred
- Experience in the IT sector or commercial environment with relevant professional practice
- Experience in conducting training, workshops, or seminars
- Proven track record in customer-oriented service and communication
