Job Summary
As the Group Lead for Central Services within the Main-Taunus-Kreis administration, you will manage a team of 13 members overseeing essential internal operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating the in-house printing shop, mail services, and fleet management. You will be a key driver for innovation, tasked with redesigning and digitalizing workflows to ensure a transparent flow of information across all organizational levels. A significant portion of the role involves vehicle management, including procurement, demand planning, and administration of the car-sharing pool. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys balancing operational logistics with strategic process optimization. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in Public Administration, Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable field; alternatively, completed vocational training as a Management Assistant in Public Administration or a technical qualification with relevant experience.

- Professional experience in public administration, business management, or logistics
- Experience in leading and managing teams or successful completion of leadership qualification training

- Must meet requirements for the German higher intermediate civil service (gehobener Dienst) if applying as a civil servant. Applicants with foreign degrees must provide a ZAB equivalency certificate. Knowledge of the Hessian Equality Act (HGIG) is required or must be acquired through training.
