Job Summary
As a Medical Equipment Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and commissioning of high-quality ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) treatment units across clinics and medical practices. Your day-to-day activities involve performing electrical safety inspections according to DGUV V3 and DIN EN 62353 standards, documenting service activities to meet medical device regulatory requirements, and providing technical training to end-users. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, as you will manage your own service appointments and communicate directly with customers. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Installer, Mechanic, or Mechatronics Technician; ideally qualified as a Skilled Electrical Worker (Elektrofachkraft).
Experience
- Professional experience as an Electrician, Installer, Mechanic, or Mechatronics Technician
- Approximately 1 year of experience in electrical work is preferred
- Experience in the maintenance and repair of technical equipment
- Experience in planning service appointments and customer service
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license is mandatory. Willingness to travel throughout Germany (approximately 1-2 times per month for 3 consecutive days) and field service in the Central Germany region. Must be able to perform electrical safety checks according to regulatory standards.
