Job Summary
As the Customer Support & Technical Lead, you will bridge the gap between physical industrial maintenance and digital asset management. Operating out of Erkelenz, you will spend significant time at client sites performing technical audits of machinery, documenting components such as controllers, drives, and sensors via photo documentation. Your primary responsibility is ensuring the integrity of technical data within the OT360 platform by meticulously maintaining part numbers and delivery schedules. Beyond data management, you will serve as a technical consultant, training maintenance teams on platform usage and coordinating repair and service orders within a partner network. This role is ideal for a hands-on electrical professional who wants to transition into a digital-focused position while staying close to the shop floor. You will directly influence internal process improvements and help realize the vision of predictive spare parts management in a growing company with flat hierarchies.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician for Automation Technology, or a comparable qualification as a Qualified Electrician (EFK).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in control cabinet construction or industrial plant maintenance
- Experience working as a qualified electrician (EFK) or electronics technician
- Proven track record of working independently at customer sites
- Experience in technical data entry and maintaining industrial databases
- Experience in training or instructing technical staff on software tools
