Required Skills
Education
Completed technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in commercial and technical project management
- Experience managing international customer projects from inception to completion
- Proven track record in coordinating cross-functional teams including R&D and production
- Experience in the rail or public transport industry is preferred
- Experience in conflict resolution and assertive communication in a professional setting
