Job Summary

As a Construction Site Manager specializing in traffic safety and events for the FES Group, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of traffic management measures for construction sites and large-scale public events. Your daily tasks involve a blend of administrative and operational duties, including the creation of traffic sign plans, cost calculation, and project billing. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and professional service delivery. On-site, you will organize personnel and resources, ensuring all legal regulations such as StVO and VOB are met. This role is particularly attractive due to its stability within a major municipal group, the provision of a company car for professional and personal use, and the opportunity to receive fully funded specialized certifications (MVAS) if not already held.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering (University or Fachhochschule), Master Craftsman (Meister) certification, or completed vocational training in Road Construction.

Experience

  • Professional experience in construction management or traffic safety
  • Experience in planning traffic measures for construction sites or events
  • Proven track record in personnel and resource organization
  • Experience working with legal frameworks such as VOB, BGB, and StVO
  • Previous participation in an MVAS training course is preferred but not mandatory
